Are there any cancellation charges?
There will be a cancellation charge between 5% to 10% based on order size and value. -

To keep your jewellery looking its best, store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined jewellery box to prevent scratches. Best to store in the provided packaging. Avoid exposing jewellery to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or moisture, as these can dull gemstones and tarnish metals. Clean jewellery regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove dirt and oils. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap and water solution, gently scrubbing with a soft brush, and rinse thoroughly. Periodically inspect clasps and settings to ensure they are secure. What do I do if my jewellery gets damaged?
Our craftsmanship is above the current industry standards, but if something does happen, donāt worry! Once your jewellery is registered on our website, it is covered by our lifetime warranty, which allows access to our āRepairsā services.Ā We extend these in an effort to extend the life of your jewellery.

How can I exchange my jewellery?
To exchange your jewellery, simply contact our customer service team to initiate the process. We will guide you through the necessary steps, including returning your current piece and selecting a new one from our collection. To know more read about our Exchange service. -
What is your return policy?
Our return policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your jewellery, you may return it within 3 days of delivery for a 40% gift card value, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.Complete Discretion lies within our assessment. Please note that customized or personalized items may not be eligible for returns. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team, and they will assist you with the return process and any necessary details. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to make the return process as smooth as possible.
After 3 days you are eligible for the Renew services. -

Our renew service offers two key benefits:
- Restoring Old Jewellery: If you have jewellery that holds sentimental value but is worn out or outdated, our skilled artisans will assess and rejuvenate it to its original glory or transform it with a new design. This ensures your cherished pieces can continue to be a part of your collection, preserving their beauty and significance for years to come.
- GoldSutra Jewellery Renewal: After 12 months of purchase, you can renew your GoldSutra jewellery by exchanging it for a new piece or receiving a gift card worth 40% of its value. This allows you to continually update your collection with the latest designs and styles, keeping your jewellery fresh and exciting.

How do I register for Lifetime Warranty?
- Confirmation Email: After your purchase, you should receive a registration confirmation email within 10 days. This email serves as your warranty registration and account setup confirmation.
- Assistance: If you do not receive this email or are unable to locate your past purchases on our website, please email us at goldrewards@goldsutra.com
Shipping and Logistics
- How long do you take to process orders?
For purchased jewellery
- Please allow 20-30 working days for the products purchased to be dispatched, as every piece is on a made to order basis.
- The Firm shall send you an email and SMS on the date of dispatch of the purchased product, including details of the expected date of delivery, tracking reference number, etc. For the sake of clarity, it must be noted that all delivery dates are estimates only.
- Cash on delivery option is applicable only to residents of Jaipur, Bangalore and Delhi (NCR)
For Rented Jewellery
We typically take 3-5 business days to process and ship orders. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the item. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. If you have any specific shipping requests or need expedited delivery, please contact our customer service team, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
