To further support this, we offer a comprehensive repair service as part of our lifetime warranty.
What the Warranty Covers:
- Includes: Our warranty covers minor issues like metal tarnishing or stone damage.
- Excludes: The warranty does not cover theft, loss, breakage, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or resizing. The final decision on coverage lies with the GoldSutra team, based on an assessment of the jewellery received.
Damaged or Discrepant Items
Initial Inspection:
- Return/Exchange: If your jewellery arrives damaged or with discrepancies, you may return or exchange it within 3 days of delivery. You will qualify for a store credit equal to the item's value or an exchange of equal or greater value.
- Renew Service: After the 3-day period, items can be qualified for our renew service starting 12 months post-purchase, provided they are in acceptable condition.
Exchange After 12 Months
Flexible Upgrades:
- Upgrade Option: After 12 months, you have the option to exchange your jewellery for another design, allowing you to continually refresh your collection while retaining value. Values will be adjusted against the new purchase.
