How does the Gold Flex program work?

GoldFlex is our innovative jewellery rental program designed to give you the flexibility to enjoy luxury jewellery without a permanent commitment. Here’s how it works:

  • Choose Your Piece: Browse our exclusive collection and select the jewellery you wish to rent. An assurance deposit of the value equivalent to the value of jewellery will be levied along with the KYC documentation.
  • Own for two weeks: Wear and cherish the jewellery for two weeks. 15% of the total value of the jewellery will be charged as rental for every 2 weeks, starting the day you receive the jewellery. The rental duration will end the day jewellery is shipped back to us. Unboxing video at the time of opening and packing video at the time of returning the jewellery is mandatory to be uploaded on the website in order to receive the full assurance deposit made against the jewellery rented.
  • Receive and Enjoy: We'll deliver the jewellery to your doorstep, ready for you to wear and enjoy.
  • Return or Renew: At the end of the rental period, you can either return the piece or renew your rental to keep it longer. Return will be on us. If you fall in love with it, you also have the option to purchase the piece too.

How do I list my jewellery for rent?

The rental Duration is for 2 whole weeks, starting the day you receive the jewellery. The rental duration will end the day jewellery is shipped back to us. At the end of the rental period, you can either return the piece or renew your rental to keep it longer. Reach out to our team to extend the rental period for another 2 week cycle. If you fall in love with it, you also have the option to purchase the piece at a special price.

Can I decide which pieces to rent out?

Yes, you can extend your Loop. Just reach out to us and we will send you a new invoice and deduct the rental amount from the deposit made.

What happens if the customer damages the jewellery?

Our collection is limited and exclusive, and the pieces you added to your wish list may currently be on rent by other users or undergoing maintenance. If you need further assistance or have any questions, please reach out to our team, and we’ll be happy to help in our best capacity.

What marketing support does GoldFlex offer?

We offer free shipping for both delivery and returns.

What are the costs involved in joining GoldFlex?

An assurance deposit is taken to ensure the safe return of our exclusive and valuable jewellery pieces. This deposit acts as a security measure to cover any potential damages or losses during the rental period.

What about the safety of my jewellery?

Your assurance deposit will be refunded within 5-7 business days after we receive the jewellery back in its original condition. If you have any concerns or need further assistance, please feel free to contact our team.

How do I get paid?

If the jewellery gets damaged while it is with you, the assurance deposit you provided will be used to cover the repair costs. Our team will assess the damage and determine the appropriate repair process. It's important to handle the jewellery with care to avoid any damage, ensuring you can enjoy it worry-free during your rental period.

Can customers buy the jewellery they rent?

Yes, you can travel with the jewellery that you rent. However, we recommend taking necessary precautions to ensure its safety during your travels. Please keep the jewellery secure and protected to prevent any loss or damage. If you have specific concerns or need additional guidance, feel free to reach out to our team for assistance.
Remember we take 3-5 working days to process all orders, so plan to rent atleast5 days before the travel/occasion. In case of more clarification, reach out to our team.

How do I track my rentals and earnings?

To purchase the jewellery you rented, simply express your interest to our team. We will then evaluate the piece to determine its purchase price based on its current condition and market value. Once the price is confirmed, you can proceed with the payment to complete the purchase. Upon receipt of payment, ownership of the jewellery will be transferred to you, allowing you to enjoy it permanently. If you have any questions or would like to initiate the purchase process, please reach out to us, and we'll guide you through the next steps with pleasure.
